About Circle of Safety LLC

Circle of Safety was founded by Los Angeles Area Firefighters Sean Kehoe and Howell Bradley. Their mission is to enable all citizens, both corporate and private, to handle disaster. All Circle of Safety instructors are skilled fire and medical professionals in their area of instruction and have the following technical certifications: American Heart Association Certified Instructor/Hazardous Materials (FRO)/ WMD Terrorism (FRO)/Urban Search and Rescue (USAR)/Trench Rescue/Confined Space Rescue.
